Kerline Jules, PCM®, CDMP, is a brand strategist, digital marketing expert, and scholar-practitioner who helps purpose-driven organizations build brands that inspire trust, drive measurable impact, and stand the test of time.

She is the Founder of Jules Management Group, a boutique branding and digital marketing agency established in 2016 that partners with women-of-color entrepreneurs and mission-focused nonprofits to clarify their message, strengthen their positioning, and expand their digital presence with intention.

Kerline’s career sits at the intersection of data, storytelling, and strategy. Before fully transitioning into marketing, she built a foundation in business intelligence, data analytics, and enterprise reporting—experience that continues to shape her analytical and performance-driven approach to brand strategy. She later earned her Master of Science in Marketing (2025) from Florida International University, deepening her expertise in brand management, marketing research, and digital strategy.

Currently, Kerline is pursuing her Doctorate of Business Administration (DBA) at the University of Miami as part of the program’s inaugural cohort, where her research focuses on the intersection of marketing, artificial intelligence, and stakeholder trust. Her work explores how emerging technologies can be leveraged responsibly to build credible, human-centered brands in an AI-driven marketplace.

Over the years, Kerline has supported initiatives for national nonprofits, global brands, and small businesses alike. Her portfolio includes work with the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation, Burger King Corporation, National Urban League Young Professionals, Urban League of Broward County, and the Miami Museum of Contemporary Art of the African Diaspora. She has also helped establish and scale women-owned brands including Yates Legal Group, MMC Consulting, and Peaceway Therapy—guiding them through brand identity development, digital strategy, and sustainable growth execution.

A lifelong learner and practitioner, Kerline holds dual certifications as a Professional Certified Marketer (PCM®) from the American Marketing Association and Certified Digital Marketing Professional (CDMP) from the Digital Marketing Institute. She has completed advanced brand strategy training through Marty Neumeier’s Level C Brand Specialist and Brand Strategist programs and is a Certified StoryBrand Guide under Donald Miller’s framework.

Kerline earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Miami and is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
