Kerline Jules, PCM®, CDMP, is a certified branding aficionado and digital marketer who is deeply passionate about the transformative power of storytelling and digital media. Her mission is to create brands that empower, educate, entertain, and engage. She founded Jules Management Group, a boutique branding and digital marketing agency launched in 2016. Jules Management Group partners with small, women-of-color businesses and mission-focused non-profits.
Kerline’s passion for brand development and digital marketing was ignited during her tenure as the Vice President of Operations for her local Urban League Young Professionals chapter. Her fervor for the transformative power of storytelling and digital media is palpable in her work. It was here that she orchestrated the organization’s PR and marketing campaigns, and discovered the power of digital media as a strategic tool for outreach and brand awareness.
Kerline has a wealth of experience supporting projects for various organizations, from national non-profits to large corporations to small local businesses. Her work with small and women-of-color companies has been a cornerstone of her career. She has worked with the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation, Burger King Corporation, National Urban League Young Professionals, Miami Museum of Contemporary Art of the African Diaspora, Urban League of Broward County, South Florida Youth Summit, and The Links, Inc. On the small business side, Kerline has not only helped establish the brand identity and launched women-owned small businesses such as Yates Legal Group, MMC Consulting, and Peaceway Therapy but also significantly contributed to their growth and success.
Kerline’s love for her work is matched only by her commitment to being a perpetual student and an active marketing practitioner. In 2021, she achieved dual certification from the American Marketing Association as a Professional Certified Marketer (PCM®) and from the Digital Marketing Institute as a Certified Digital Marketing Professional (CDMP). This dedication to ongoing learning ensures that she remains at the forefront of the ever-evolving marketing landscape, equipping her clients with the most effective strategies and solutions.
Kerline has completed various industry training programs curated by thought leaders in branding and digital marketing. Kerline has completed two levels (Brand Specialist and Brand Strategist) of the Level C program designed by Marty Neumeier, a renowned author, designer, and brand consultant. She has also completed the certification program for Donald Miller, author of the best-selling book StoryBrand, Certified StoryBrand Guide program.
Kerline graduated from the University of Miami, where she earned a bachelor of business administration degree. She is a proud, active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.,
